Every installer on the team is employed, not subcontracted, and holds a CSCS card; those fitting replacement windows and doors are registered under our FENSA scheme membership, so each installation is self-certified for Building Regulations without a council inspection.
Accreditations and what they mean for you
- FENSA (installer no. ): replacement windows and doors are certified for Part L energy performance and Part K/N safety glazing, and you receive the certificate automatically.
- Glass and Glazing Federation member: work is carried out to the GGF code of practice, with access to the GGF conciliation scheme if anything is ever disputed.
- Insurance-backed guarantee: installations carry a -year guarantee underwritten by an independent provider, so it stands even if the business changes hands.
- Public liability: £ cover with ; a copy of the certificate is available on request for landlords, managing agents and main contractors.
Where we work

How a job runs
- Survey. We measure on site, check frames, reveals and access, and talk through glass options (toughened, laminated, acoustic, low-E, obscure) against what the room actually needs.
- Written quote. One fixed price itemised by unit, with the glass specification and lead time stated. No deposit is taken on repairs; installations take a deposit on order with the balance on completion.
- Installation. Our own fitters, dust sheets down, old glass and frames removed and recycled, FENSA certificate issued where the work is notifiable.
- Aftercare. Guarantee paperwork within 14 days, and one phone number for anything that needs adjusting afterwards.
